piperacilline/tazobactam iv 4000/500mg 4dd

General comments

Indien adequate broncontrole dan 4 dagen voldoende

Indien septisch ziek en er het afgelopen jaar kweken positief zijn geweest met bijzonder resistente gram negatieve staven dan meropenem te geven 

Indien septisch ziek en er het afgelopen jaar kweken positief zijn geweest met  Pseudomonas aeruginosa dan dient daar ook rekening mee te worden gehouden
